Contraindication / Electro-Muscle-Stimulation (EMS)
The Electro-Muscle-Stimulation (EMS) is one of the most efficient and most effective sports in the world. You save a lot of time through an intensive and deep stimulation of your muscles. Thus, our training is very demanding and requires a good physical condition of your body.

- High blood pressure (Hypertension)
- Artificial pacemaker
- Internal defibrillator
- Bypass
- Cardiac infarction

- Sick-Sinus-syndrom

- Skin
- Neurodermatitis
- Psoriasis
- Generally dry skin
- Open skin injuries, eczema, sunburn etc. under or near the electrodes

- Implants
- Metal implants
- Piercings under or near the electrodes
